Lymphedema Therapy
Treatment for swelling and lymphedema with a certified lymphedema therapist. Treatment can include:
- Manual Lymphatic Drainage
- Compression bandaging or compression garments
- Therapeutic Exercise
- Education on precautions and skin care
- Lymphatouch (negative pressure treatment)
- Low Level Laser Treatment

Physical Therapy
Oncology Rehab addresses impairments associated with cancer treatment, related to:
- Strength and range of motion
- Balance and gait training
- Scar and tissue tightness and restriction
- Pain, endurance, balance issues and fatigue
- Axillary web syndrome (cording)
- Pre-operative mobility assessment

Massage Therapy
Oncology massage is designed to meet the unique needs of someone in treatment for cancer or with a history of cancer treatment. An individually tailored session with an oncology-trained massage therapist can yield benefits for nearly all persons affected by cancer. A gentle massage for those receiving treatment for cancer, or who have survived cancer to thrive, to relieve pain, lessen the side effects from chemotherapy treatments and boost and revitalize the immune system. Its benefits include:

The majority of comprehensive cancer centers incorporate acupuncture into their oncology care. Oncology acupuncture uses research-based point protocols and treatment frequency/duration as the foundation for developing a plan of care. The base protocols are modified based on the individual patient's diagnosis and unique needs, making each treatment highly personalized. Therefore, it is imperative that your practitioner has advanced oncology acupuncture training.
Speech Therapy
Speech therapy can help with swallowing, speech/voice, jaw opening (Trismus), swelling, tissue tightness and cognitive issues during and after cancer treatment.
